    1) Draft Freeman
    2) Draft DHB
3)Trade up and still miss out on Sanchez.
    4) Wind up with Quinn or Campbell for our 1st rounder.
    Put yours here......

Well, you can probably eliminate 3. I can't see trading up for any other reason than to take him..although I read where Gil Brandt predicts Freeman will be gone by #10...lol.

    1. Draft Troy Williamson Jr...I mean Darrius Heyward-Bey

    2. Trade our first or second rounder(s) for 2010 - that draft will be LOADED with talent

    3. Draft Josh Freeman

    4. If Tyson Jackson goes in the top five

    5. I don't want to give up a first rounder for Brady Quinn or Jason Campbell, but if we can land either of them for a second rounder or less, then a deal should be made: so -- if we trade our first for either of them, I will throw up...

    Agree 100%!!!

Freeman, DHB, Harvin or trading 2010 pick's will ruin my weekend.

Quinn or Campbell for a rd 2 pick...I could live with.

    Best case scenario's:

    1) Trade up for Sanchez
    2) Stay at 17 and draft Moreno
    3) Trade down into late rd 1, get additional picks....grab Hakeem Nicks or Kenny Britt.

    Chug a gallon of milk

    Seriously though,
    Trade for Campbell
    Trade for Quinn
    Trade up for Sanchez
Somehow manage to let Maclin fall to us but take Harvin

Only one I disagree with is DHB-- I think if the staff likes him it's a solid pick if he's there. I might prefer Moreno over DHB if he's there but otherwise what's wrong with DHB at 17?

    1. Draft Josh Freeman
    2. Draft Percy Harvin at #17
    3. Trade up and lose a lot more than our 2nd rounder
    4. Trade next year's picks
    5. Give up a first round pick for Brady Quinn or Jason Campbell

    Maybe there's more...

    1. Draft Percy Harvin at 17
    2. Draft Josh Freeman
    3. Give up anything more than a 4th for Jason Campbell
    4. Trade up in the 1st round for Mark Sanchez(Dont hate Sanchez but I dont think he'd be worth it)
    5. Not taking a WR in any of the 1st 3 rounds
    6. Drafting a RB in round 1

Everything and more? I'm first to admit I don't follow prospects much but DHB has top level speed, he's strong and physical, seems to have a good attitude and works hard. Needs to learn better route-running and get more experience but if he's got a good coach and environment that's fine. He could be a great complement to Cotch.

Go ahead I'm open-minded tell me what's wrong with him at 17.

I don't see how anyone could disagree with this. Especially 2 and 3.

Elite speed is all that people see when looking at Heyward-Bey. He was a sprinter all throughout high school, of course he's going to run the 40 well -- he's a track guy with pads on.

Not strong and he's not physical...he isn't effective over the middle.

Lets the ball get to his pads too often...doesn't catch with his hands a lot of the time.

Route running is questionable at best - Crabtree and Maclin also have huge route running issues. For a guy with his speed, he doesn't get open enough.

I don't see anything wrong with DHB as a person - seems like a good guy.

All this kid is a vertical threat and nothing else...

    He's not a #1 or a #2 receiver...not worth a first round pick.

Why all the hate for DHB?? What are his flaws that would prevent him from being a solid pick at #17??

I get the track guy thing but he seems like a better all around athelete than that. Here's a scouting report from after the combine:

Darrius Heyward-Bey could be the fastest player in the entire draft. He was the fastest at the combine, blazing a 4.3 40. He also showed up with an impressive build, holding 210lbs. On a frame just under 6'2. He was very fluid in drills and caught everything thrown his way at the combine and his pro day. DHB has done everything he can to improve his stock in the post season, and could be one of the top three receivers selected this year. He still needs some more work to beecome a well rounded receiver, but the upside is amazing. With the improvement he has shown in three years as a Terp, there is no reason to expect the growth to stop now.

    http://www.footballsfuture.com/2009/prospects/darrius_heyward-bey.html

6'2'' and 210 sounds like he's not quite one of those "gazelle" guys. We've got Cotch and we need the vertical threat type guy. The small hands thing is a drawback but the route running can probably be coached up.

All I'm saying is I won't THROW UP if we draft him at 17.

    Aishwarya Rai. Good call.

I will throw up if we:

    1) Draft Harvin, Freeman, or DHB at 17
    2) Trade a 1st or 2nd for Quinn or Campbell. Don't want, don't want, don't want.
    3) Mortgage our draft and forgo DE depth.
