This loss is so horrific I don't really have any words to put to it. These guys have embarrassed themselves like nothing I have ever seen before. Right out of the gate they hand the Pats 14 points off a horrible 53 yard FG attempt and a shanked punt. The rest of it speaks for itself.

This team has no heart and no will. The Pats fans are right, the Jets are a farce and they don't deserve the record they have. After a loss like this I don't even think I have the desire to watch another one of their games this season. Year after year after year of choke artist teams that can't stand up and fight when the chips are down... What can you say about that?

I really don't want to hear Rex Ryan's press conference after this. I don't want to hear from any of these misfits right now. They should all just go home and keep their mouths shut after this embarrassment.

3 points against our terrible pass defense? Bend but don't break son.

Hmmm it's interesting because every year we some how choke. To try and correct this issue, we go out and get better players. Well, we have such great talent on this team and we can't even score a TD on a crappy defense.

Maybe its time for some coaching staff changes since we have went out and gotten some great players but still can't be elite.

I'm glad you manned up. I know the Patriots D has a horrible record but they really aren't as bad as that. There's a lot very weak about this D but when you watch them regularly you see a lot of positive things as well. Team stats don't show that.

I'm sure they wanted to make a statement tonight and they did.

To be honest, I think the Jets are better then this. They were just outplayed tonight, out hustled, out executed, out coached.

It was a big division game but in the end, the season continues

The Jets are better than this. Of course the Jets are better than this. They're 9-3. They're obviously not this bad.

I never thought the Pats D was as bad as everyone said. It's not good, but it's not the worst in the NFL by any stretch. The pass D is partly bad because teams have to keep up with the Pats' offense.

Way to be classy in victory.

Dropped pass after dropped pass. Sanchez throwing the ball to ghosts. The defense letting them rip off big play after big play. And then of course you have Antonio Cromartie playing 8 yard off the reciever again.

The Jets need to just shut up and accept whatever people think of them now. They deserve every last thing the Pats fans think of them.

You're right man, I deserve whatever you're saying for believing in this team. I really thought this team had some heart and some respect for itself, but I guess I was dead wrong. We are, as they say, the same old Jets.

And the worst part is I actually believed it. This is something only a Jets fan can understand.

You can like hell. This game meant something tonight, and that won't be erased by anything but a win over the Pats in the playoffs, but we both know that has no possibility of happening don't we.

    S O J man.

Being a realist, not a jerk here. Ball has bounced the right way against the right teams (very mediocre sched). The games you've played against playoff teams (NE, Baltimore and GB)...SOJ

Heading in the right direction, but SOJ

I hate fair weather fans. Its a good thing you're not on the team or your contagious optimism would lose a game every time an opponent made a TD.

I took my mind off the game for a bit. When I thought about it again it felt like a nightmare. Did this actually happen? Really??

This is gonna sound strange. but just watched the first quater again and this game could have gone so much differently if Jets just make a few plays and a few plays don't go Pats way. 5 plays make the difference in that quarter that ended in a 17-0 deficit. dont know if i have energy to watch rest of the fiasco, but.

-Trailing 3-0: Jets 3rd down prior to Jets missed FG, sanchez underthrows Holmes. Huge change of field position results
-Pats 3rd down play from about the 45 of Jets, Brady masterfully dodges Jason Taylor and completes pass for 1st and get the PI on next play that puts them on the 1 yd line.
    -Weatherford shanks punt

Any of those plays goes Jets way and it could have been a game

Why do you say that? RR is 2-2 vs Belicheat. Yeah, 0-2 @NE, but they lost at home last year in the offs, every team is beatable in this league. You would make for the worst football player with that mentality, hopefully we don't have your kind in that locker room.

Somebody please ban this clown until the season is over... If you don't want to watch games for the rest of the season you might as well not annoy us for the rest of the season too...

    Games like this happen.

You fairweather fans need to toughen the fuck up.

The team has no heart? Why? Because they got their ass kicked? One game does not make a season. Shit game, move on.
