There's no point in rooting for the Jets to lose now. They still have a legitimate shot at the playoffs and who knows what can happen then.
To tell you the truth i can't see how this team is anything resembling a playoff team. we are like the C team of the Patriots. Now being raped by a polar bear. You can see one person getting raped by a polar bear on the streets more right now than the Jets making the playoffs
It doesn't look good right now, but the Bills were losing to the Dolphins, the Patriots are in a close game, and I can't see the Jets losing to the Chiefs. If they do indeed lose this game I'd agree, but with a win they're still right in it.
I can understand the sentiment though. This team is worse than the frickin' Raiders and, after 2 quarters, just as bad as the CHIEFS. When HERM EDWARDS is the better coach, it's fucking time to clean house.
I really hope this coaching staff gets a fucking HUGE helping of humble pie. They think they're so fucking smart and clever. Stubborn to a point where they won't do what will work. (i.e. running the ball against the Chiefs, spreading the field and runnning the ball vs. the Raiders) I like Mangini as a discipline guy, I like his no nonsense approach, but the guy thinks he is so freaking smart and won't just do simple game plans that will work.
If i was assured that the coaching staff would get the boot at the end of the game,i'd root for the loss too. I guarantee that when things go wrong this season,you will see no respect between favre and Mangini. You can't have a HC that is younger than your QB.
never been so upset after a win in my life. glad for the win but when spencer pushed that punt into the end zone i lost it.
