And Greg Van Rotten was really terrible yet again He really played like shit You think maybe Douglas can get a 6th or 7th round draft pick in a trade for this wannabe jag? With his superior intellectual prowess, Douglas could probably con one of the other low IQ GMs into taking him off our hands, like he did with Lennard Wilkinson... Thinking we should draft a kicker in Round 6-7 in the next draft with that GVR pick Van Rotten for a top 3 college field-goal kicker... Douglas playing 9th dimensional chess again!
I'm really hoping you go out with a bang. Because you've been building it up pretty good. Teetering the line after getting warned. Nothing quite bannable yet the second time around, but definitely very annoying and trollish. I'm looking forward to the fireworks bud.
Van Roten was never this bad before. Who knows...maybe playing hurt. But overall he's had a disappointing start to his Jets tenure
He’s a stopgap starter. What were you expecting? Thinking he would become more than a below average starter would have been silly on your part.
Yep. Some coaches put guys in the right place and coach them up and get them to play over their heads (at least for some period of times) Gase does the opposite
He plays like a physically weaker player, gets driven back too easily towards the pocket Slow to react and reposition himself when he gets beat by the pass rusher’s first move Actually was more impressive, on occasion, in the run blocking Looks like a permanent backup to me
Fair enough--I thought he was excellent--I didn't see him give up a single pressure and saw him stop Chubb cold on at least 1 occasion. But that was live. I don't have a replay. Thanks for your input. I agree on back-up T--he'd be great--we need those too.
Seems like we can never catch a break at the RG position. I definitely think we use one of our 3rd rounders on one as this offensive line is by no means complete yet.
Out of curiosity, why on earth would you watch that game in slo mo? Get a real hobby man before you find yourself on fantasy island.
I wanted to evaluate the OL and DL Slow mo really helps you appreciate the immense athleticism of these massive dudes... it’s really crazy how they are able to move around all that weight I was fortunate to hit upon a nice combination of strains as well, so it was very entertaining
