What's the scenario for us to get in? We have to win and Cincy has to lose? Not all that far fetched... Baltimore will be playing for the #1 seed possibly. Not like we deserve to make it or anything..
If Tennessee, Oakland and Cincy lose, do we still need to win? I know there are scenarios to get in at 8-8. Would be weird if our own game was irrelevant.
Oakland has to lose because they beat us head-to-head and Tennessee has to lose because they would have a better conference record than us if we both finished 9-7. And obviously, Cincy has to lose because they are a game up on us.
8-8 doesn't get us in.......the bengals have 9 wins........so just shutup. The Jets NEED to win. Houston Beats the titans. Chargers beat the Raiders. Ravens beat the Bengals. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Only way as im not banking on KC to beat the broncos
Oakland can win, and a Broncos loss to KC gives the Raiders the West and the Jets win over MIA plus losses by Cincinnati and Tennessee the Jets get in too. But who cares? haha.
It's not happening. The Jets season was over as soon as we lost to the Broncos. They can't honestly expect to make that many penalties, mistakes, poor play calling, dropped balls, and go anywhere in the playoffs. If we somehow squeeze in we're 1 and done. Our team is simply not that good. Our defense is not elite, our offense is mediocre at best.
1) Jets need to win. 2) Raiders need to lose to SD OR Denver needs to lose to KC. 3) Bengals need to lose to the Ravens 4) Titans need to lose to the Texans.
