Looks like my prediction that Owen Schmitt would have the best NFL career of the players from that vaunted 2006 WVU backfield still has a shot. Slaton was always getting hurt and fumbling at WVU. I thought he could have been a good 3rd down back or slot receiver. I was not big on the idea of him getting 15+ carries a game and running between the tackles.
