and thats something we wont have come playoff time. that honor goes to the titans and steelers who have proven the jets dont belong in that elite group
This team plays better on the road for the most part(Barring any west coast trips) Denver's a decent road team but they cannot win at home for whatever reason. They may be in trouble if IND pulls them(IND has a tendency to ruin DEN come postseason time). Baltimore/New England are decent matchups for us though. Both play a slow tempo type of game as opposed to Denver and Indy. Need to make the playoffs first and foremost though.
I don't know, when the stands in your house are THAT empty by the early third quarter, and for a late-November game between division leaders...that's road-team advantage, basically. It made me sad, for even if the jets broke a big comeback and won, as I was hoping them to do till fairly late in the game, there'd be so few on hand to cheer them on. Not that I blame anyone individually for leaving, it looked like hellish conditions there. Props to those who stuck it out.
we are only a game and a half out of the 2 seed there is still a good chance. we could easily win out can pitt?
I'd almost rather be a wildcard team than a 3rd or 4th seed. Of course, there might be a 10-6 team or even a 11-5 team left out of the playoffs, so we better keep on winning.
Biggest game of the year thus far and it rains like a bastard! Fans were loud and WET, but there was nothing to cheer for!
Yeah I guess. I like our chances in Indy in a dome far more than in another hurricane in the Meadowlands.
