In all my years following this team or maybe any team i dont think i've seen such on and off the field dysfunction everywhere. players mouthing off, the coach has lost control, media circus left and right (not that that's new), no one respects the quarterback...and this is just off the field. we all know the amount of dead weight we have at almost every position, and the inherent problems with the offensive regime we've had for years. Cleaning this up is gonna be like cleaning up the Exxon Valdez. We're about to find out what kind of coach Rex is in these coming months
Not that it matters, but I still don't think this was as bad as last year. -Rex and his feet -Braylon DUI -Harassment of that reporter -Tripping of the Dolphin -Hard Knocks back lash (Rex swearing, making guarantees, etc.)
but last yr the team rose to the occasion when those things came up, and a lot of those issues were much ado over nothing and media hype. the locker room came together when that shit happened and now they're in shambles
Put the blame where it belongs, squarely on Tannenbaum's shoulders. He picks the players, the coaches and everybody else...this is 100% his mess and seems to be getting a complete pass for it.

Good post. Still though, at least last year was all Jets vs the World. This year is worse IMO because it's all in-house fighting. I think that's far more destructive.

Ha! Good thing his play went down a notch. I don't think he'll pursue a big name this off-season, unless its someone like Carl Nicks (who I know is a guard but would make a good impact)
Thats tough though, I'd be thinking about fucking Kate Upton too if I was in the huddle. Sanchez just needs to up his fucking completion percentage because its starting to get laughable now, anything less than 60% is not nearly good enough.
Idk the cap situation but the Jets should still go after an impact player. Nicks would be the best but Vincent Jackson would be great too
This is just a guess, but I'm thinking that Sanchez is sooooo glad he doesn't have to go out there again with Wayne Hunter escorting the muggers to him and Santonio doing the flaming bitch on him even in the huddle that lack of respect is the last thing he's worried about.
