Wow for a man that despised Herm as much as you did Champ I'm pretty surprised how obsessed you are since he has been gone.. You miss him, don't you champ?
I'm thinking Eddie Kennison has already spent too much time around Herm this summer. He's talking kooky like a Mini-Herm.
Herm needs anything. This is a guy who basically needs players who are athletically gifted at every position, because he doesn't do any actual fundamental coaching, just preaching. Predictably, he never developed any of our draft picks who didn't happen to be high quality guys coming in. The guys that shined, Erik Coleman, Jonathan Vilma, etc. are dedicated character guys. The guys that needed a push, like Dewayne Robertson and Bryan Thomas, never really got it. The Chiefs offense has been wildly successful for the last few years despite the utter lack of a number one wide receiver. Now all of a sudden it's a major issue? I'm not surprised. -X-
