"IMPOSE YOUR WILL MEN....IMPOSE YOUR WILL ON THEM, MAKE THEM FEEL YOUR DESIRE YOUR HEART AND YOUR STRENGTH. TAKE IT TO THEM..IMPOSE YOUR WILL ON YOUR OPPENENT!!"

That should be posted in EVERY locker room for EVERY sports team in the WORLD..but in the case of the NYJ it should be read by the coaching staff..

How nice would it feel if we took it to the other team??? How about if we IMPOSED OUR WILL???? IF we game planned not to hide our deficiencies, but we game planned to exploit the other team weeknesses??

Where have the 10 man in the box fronts gone? Why not make a Rookie QB REACT to OUR Defense. Not play a Defense that has a thought process of "we can't allow a big play". How about a Philosophy that instills in it's players a thought process of "WHEN we do this, not if, WHEN we do this, we WILL make a Big Play!!" Where is the Defensive philospohy that we saw alot of in the 2nd half of the '06 season when we were FORCING the Opponent to MAKE plays. WE WERE IMPOSING OUR WILL THEN....

Where has the no huddle Offense gone (beside w/ 2 minutes left in the halves)??? How about we IMPOSE OUR WILL with 4 WR's and MAKE the other team defend US. Not just take what the D gives us...

A Team that MAKES plays WINS games, a team that WAITS for plays to happen is entrenched in mediocrity...

  2. We havent imposed our will on a team since the 03 playoff game against the Colts.

at this point, i'd take detroit's offense over ours, and that is especially true at qb and offensive coordinator.

Yeah, but he also said something about chasing chickens around his neighbor's back yard, and how he used to walk around Tampa in a "popsicle suit." You can't expect me to start peeling away the VALID stuff he said.

"It's not your skill, it's your will!". Inspiring stuff. They really ought to rename the Lombardi trophy.

This sounds like New England, Indy, Baltimore, Philly. Not the J-E-T-S.

People might take you seriously if you didn't quote a carnival barker.

That isn't saying much Detroit has one of the best aerial attack in the league

So far Herm has a better record than Mangini. I am surprised especially when everybody here was saying that KC was not a good team. He may not know his Xs and Os but he knows how to win sometimes which is not something that you can say about Mangini this year. Last week if Washington doesn't run back a kickoff for a TD, he would be 0-4. You would expect the defense to be better this year than last year but it's worse. I think Mangini may not be the good HC many of us thought he would be.

    "What I said."

Forget Herm. He wouldn't have gotten it done with this team, either. Most of these clowns wouldn't have made the practice squad on most teams. And they made the cut here? Some heads need slapping.

The Dolphins probably would not have scored two late touchdowns if the Jets were not up 31-13.

Yes, and that is a rational decision to come to after Mangini has coached all of 21 NFL games:rolleyes:

You people make it sound like Mangini/Tanny took over a SB ready team. This team had little talent and little depth. That is not fixed over the course of 2 offseasons. And who do we have to thank that drafted so poorly and signed such crappy FAs on a consistent basis? Herm and Bradway. Give KC another 1 or 2 years of Herm's offseasons and running Johnson into the ground, then get back to me.

You know - I really don?t want to argue for Herm or Manballboy but ? after two drafts what has Mandidntlearnmuch done to bring in personnel to fix his ever so important 3 ? 4?

Maybe if that retard had anything but a half assed shitter copy of Belli?s playbook ? we could switch to something that works.

You know ? for shitty programmers, good programmers have written code converters?like it will convert VB to C#...maybe some smart programmer can write shit head a 3-4 to 4-3 converter programmer?
