Can someone PLEASE find me a video of Herm getting jeered by the Jet fans on draft day? I missed it and I'd love to see what they were like apparently Tom Jackson was blatantly laughing at the whole thing.
It was pretty wild. I had a nice party going at my house, and the boos echoed out the doors and windows. Haven't seen a video clip around, but I must say it was priceless. Even Herm had to laugh it off.
I saw when herm was being interviewd and the crowd was booing so loud I think Herm had to hear it...I loved it !!! whomever was there did a great job. I had a good laugh from it, and think the peeps at espn did too.
yeah, I missed it. I walked away from the TV for a second, but my family said they booed Herm pretty loud.
The fans lit Herm up with the boos. He had to laugh about it and not long afterwards, gave some Hermism statement to the interviewer.
Actually, Herm sarcastically closed with, "Say Hello to the boys for me!" He had a big, phony-looking smile on his face as he said it, but it was obvious the Jets fans were mocking the sh*t out of him.
I don't know if there is a clip available, but I saw it happen and it was priceless! He laughed it off, but he did it nervously. He also turned red when he heard it, his cheeks were freaking rosy.
i think all he was thinking about during the booing was the team upgrade he just underwent and was laughin inside to himself
I think his flight back to MCI airport was only 1hr away and that was the reason for his smile. Herman Edwards isn't the coach here anymore so I really don't care if he gets scrubbed by a Peterbuilt or lives to be 150..
