    Honestly, the way our wideouts underperformed this season, it's not that surprising to see him go.

    A complete overhaul of the offensive coaches wouldn't bother me.

    I wonder if this results from his relationship with Holmes. Maybe he was seen as an enabler.

    Right or wrong it's just the beginning. By the time Rex and Mike T are done the offensive players will need introductions to all the new coaches. Someone has to pay for a lousy season. It's the NFL. No chance Shotty is back and if they wanted Callahan back, he would have signed a contract by now.

    This is a bad move. Ellard was a good coach for us. We are losing all the wrong people here. I do like our new OLB coach though.

    time to get rid of Son of Marty's coaches, then Son of Marty to allow Hue to hire his own offensive staff

    It seems to me that we're almost certainly bringing in a new OC at this point. Whoever that is will want to hire there own staff - people who know there system.
