Actually I saw quite a few previews for this during the summer on HBO. This, along with Fargo and The Affair are my three favorite currently running shows right now. Episode 5 was amazing. It felt like getting hit in the head with a hammer. I'm very curious to know what others felt about these last couple episodes.
Will probably watch Ep. 5 tonight, so don't spoil anything please. I thought the first 3 episodes were fantastic. Episode 4 was slow, but I assumed it was a setup for something intense in Ep. 5. Based on what you said about Ep. 5, I probably assumed accurately.
Just caught up on Fargo last night. Really good season--it is starting to spiral out of control. Reminds me of that movie "A Simple Plan". _
I've never seen A Simple Plan. But I need to see it with all those actors and it's a Sam Raimi film. Thanks for hipping me to it.
Great great movie. And it is awful in a gut wrenching type of way. Never want to see it again but that one time-wow. Kind of like Midnight Express. _
Did you guys catch the whole second season? Such an amazing finale. Didn't check the credibility (someone posted on the internet), but I read that the show has been renewed for Season 3 which will be the final season.
I did read it had been renewed, must have been the protesters who went and stood in front of the studio dressed all in white, smoking cigarettes and writing on large pads with sharpies.
I really liked the season...It was much better then last year. I hope they get 1 more season to close things out, although if it is over then the way they ended season 2 is okay
I think the one thing you're guaranteed to get is nothing being closed out! It's not the kind of show that gives you any answers. Really like both seasons though.
