    Thanks! I just recently found out I'm gonna be a GrandDad! Not sure yet if its a boy or girl but either way, I'm gonna be PapaC.. :)

    I got a Pork Shoulder working right now with some Cherry and Pecan woods. A couple of cold stellas in the fridge and watching BBQ Pittmasters.
