    rookie player can have on a team in their first year vs. their compensation. It appears that not too many make a big impact in their first season. So don't believe all the hype about what any one player can do for this team.

    it depends who you draft

    if you draft a QB you are probably drafting for the future

    if you draft a RB and there's a starting job waiting for him, he'll be able to play the season most likely
