I would set up a call with Stefanski and Kingsbury and take either guy over Glenn

Wishful thinking…but man with all those picks, this would be a good chance to take

 

Kingsbury as OC would be awesome, he can take over HC after 6 weeks once Glenn is fired.

 

Is this the thread where we predict what week he gets canned in 2026?

Here is the real downer

We have a treasure trove of high picks in the next two drafts

Right now, Stefanski (I believe a 2 time coach of the year, who actually got the BROWNS into the playoffs and WON a playoff game) is out there. Kliff Kingsbury (who has HC experience and was critical in developing QB Daniels) is out there. Kubiak (Seattle OC who did a great job on that offense this year) is taking interviews. Oh yeah, McCarthy and his Super Bowl trophy is sitting at home and available.

I would fire Glenn today and take ANY of those guys TODAY. Offensive guys…experienced guys…one has a Super Bowl…all WAY more qualified than Glenn, and all more of what we need going into a year where we have a lot of picks and a very good chance we’ll need to develop a QB.

It’s so fucking simple.

Keeping a bad coach a year too long is going to cause us to miss out on good HC candidates? Who could've seen this coming! Not like it happened a mere 2 years ago or anything.

 

Those are only good HC candidates if they pick up the phone when the hiring consultants call.

Because you and I damn well know this is 100% what is going to happen! I've never seen a Unicorn and I don't expect to see one next year. When Glenn starts the season 0-fer again there would be a plan. Of course, all this is speculation because Johnson is a mortal fucking loser and this is what he feels Jets fans deserve. He's getting back at us for flying planes with banners and shit.

 

No kidding, Jets ownership is to stupid, they'll run another year with him, fire him next year

Stefanski … offensive guy, got Browns to win a playoff game, coach of the year
McCarthy … offensive guy, Super Bowl winner, made Cowboys a playoff team when he joined them
Kliff Kingsbury … offensive guy, HC experience, part of developing Jayden Daniel’s
John Harbaugh … Super Bowl winner, perennial contender with the Ravens, all time wins record for the Ravens
Klint Kubiak … Seattle OC, did a fine job guiding Darnold, runs a prolific offense, only one on this list with no HC experience

Crazy that we are going to pass on ALL of these guys because AG “deserves” another year after giving us one of the worst seasons in our history?

You can’t make this shit up…I would RUN to take ANY of these guys over Glenn. RUN!

Doug Peterson is still out there too. I feel he got dealt a bad hand in Jacksonville and within the reality that he inherited a QB in Trevor Lawrence that is simply not a very good player at the NFL level.
