Giants/Phins - who should I side with?

    Soon tickets will go on sale for the regular season game between the Phins and the Giants at Wembley in the UK.

    This will be the first regular season game to be played outside the US and the first regular season game I will have attended (though I did go to the American Bowl preseason games as a kid back in the late 1980's!)

    Now as a Jets fan, which team should I be siding with the Giants or the Phins?

    Giants for sure. There should be no Question about that.

    I'd go with the Giants, and division rival losing early in the season is a beautiful thing.

    I am rooting for Dolphins. They are no threat to us this year. They are going to suc*. I can never root for the Giants unless it benefits my team. In this case If I have to worry about the Doplhs then we stink also.

    I'd say Giants too even though it would embarrass the hell out of them to lose to the Phins.

    It has to be the Giants.

    Didn't SF and Arizona play in Mexico last year?

    Giants definitely. It's just so much more fun to watch them get creamed in the first round of the playoffs after they have built up unreal expectations amongst their fan base. :wink:

    im in ireland and thinking of going over for the game- when do tickets go on sale- any idea what they'll cost, i'd say it'll be a good bit.

    definitely root for the Fins. Although i hate them, I hate the vaGiants even more.

    Fins won't scare us this year.

    Wrong. No matter how bad you all think the Fins will be, you still root for them to lose. Kick 'em when their down.

    I am going to go to this.. have to root for the giants against the fins with the div rivarly.. no matter how embarressing it might be! ;)

    G-men without a doubt. I hate the dolphins. I hate Wayne Huizenga. I hate their fruity colors. I hate their stupid field. I hate Dan Marino and his fake spike. I hate jason taylor. :finssuck:

    The only time I root for them is when they're playing :gpc: Even then it would depend on the standings. :)

    I'll always take the Giants side no matter who they play. Unless of course losing benefits us.
