Top of the 5th inning, and Pelfrey is starting to have some trouble. Ike has 2 HRs against the lefty, and Barajas hit his 8th of the season. 4-2, but the tying runs are in scoring position.
He's by no means perfect tonight, but Pelfrey is throwing plenty of strikes and is only at 54 pitches threw 5. I think he's showing that even when he doesn't have his April A-game, Pelfrey is still a really solid pitcher.
