Prostitution should just be legal like in Nevada. It doesn't hurt anybody if it's clean and safe sex is practiced. It certainly helps stop the spread of STDs and everything else. It would also take all of the pimping and mistreatment of women out of it as well for the most part. We need to stop letting some archaic religion control this modern society.

I think it would be absurd for someone, especially a high profile public figure, to assume confidentiality will never be broken. Think about it, it's a business deal in which you have no leverage. Once the money has been exchanged, and the services performed, what else is to be done? You can hope she keeps her mouth shut, but the only incentive she has to do so is maintain future business. Once she got busted, that went out the window. What's more, now she can profit from releasing names. If this is a scenario the executive didn't think of, then I say he's an idiot and deserves what's coming to him. Disclaimer: I also don't think there is anything wrong with visiting a prostitute, if that's what you wanna do. I don't think this guy's professional life should be over as a result of this, but unfortunately it probably will be.
I can agree with this. I think he should assume that worst case scenario something like this could occur. On the other hand she should assume that worst case scenario certain things could occur to ruin her life too by doing so.
