I say we get Gholston to boost the pass-rush only if we switch to a 4-3 defense. And get Frank Okam from Texas to bulster our run defense and then the JETS can work on the offensive line and etc.
I think if were to get Okam and Gholston the 3-4 would be a better fit. Okam is perfect size for the NT position and Gholston is the perfect OLB DE hybrid in the 3-4.
Okam fits more of the DE position in the 3-4. Not that I think Okam is a good prospect, but he's big and athletic.
6'5 320 is good size for any position, but most NT's are short (6'1-6'3) and very stout/heavy. Somebody would have to teach Okam leverage and such though...it's not exactly his area of expertise.
