I'm not watching the game so I don't know the circumstances of the 3 interceptions, whether they were bad decisions, deflections, miscommunications, great plays by the DB or some combination of 2 or more of those factors. But I can say this, stat wise this is the worst game I've EVER seen from a pro QB. 8 Attempts, 5 yards passing, 3 picks. I don't think I've ever seen a case with more than 5 attempts where a player almost threw more picks than yards gained......Assuming no mitigating factors that game probably ends Geno's time as a starter this year.
The replays are on NFL.com. It's where I watched them. First one wasn't really his fault. Second pick was a terrible decision. Third pick was a good decision, terrible throw.
First one was completely his fault. Best scenario that comes out of that play is offensive PI to avoid the int. zero chance that is ever a completion. Sanchez was and is 10 times better than geno.
it is clear the Vick isn't the answer in this game either...1 pick 2 lost fumbles....gawd, I can't recall ever seeing a worse display of QB play at the NFL level than the Jets today, and the sad part is that today was one of the three most winnable games left on the schedule, and arguably the most winnable since it was the only one of the three that was a home game.
And so is Vick. Does it matter who the QB is? This team needs a ton of help and the QB is one on a long list.
Sanchez gave us 4 years.....2 AFC CGs....1 ok year...1 bad year ( hurt)....we NEVER should have let him go.
they should have brought him back and let them compete could not have been worse then what is going on now
