Okay. So basically everyone is sick of Kerry Rhodes and wants him out.

Say the Jets decide to trade him and get a draft pick for him.

I think the Jets can replace him with someone out of free agency.

Heres the list of Free Agent safeties...who would you like to see the Jets pick up?

I would love to see them add Ryan Clark, maybe the Steelers will sign him though and I'm sure a lot of teams will be interested.

    I understand this is a speculation thread....so i'll bite.

I think Dawan Landry will be on Rex's radar if Rhodes ends up being cut.

    just my opinion.

if we could just clone revis we could replace both safties with two extra pass rushing line backers on every play.

I think Dawan Landry will be on the Ravens' radar, especially because of his RFA status. Although Tannebaum could tried to engineer a trade for him involving Rhodes. He'll get a max tender so there's no way the Jets try to bring him in without a trade. There's no way we can give up a 1st and a 3rd.

+1 for Landry if we could pull it off on the cheap. I remember him playing for GT, and the guy had a knack for laying the wood even then.

No chance are we going to get Landry. He's an RFA and it's pretty cheap for them to tender him at a 1/3 and just wait to sign him.

Let's trade for Bernard Pollard. I like the cut of his jib.

We should give up a 1st and 3rd for Atari Bigby because his name makes it worth it.

No thanks to Sharper. I don't want a 34 year old safety who has made a career (lately) of being in the right place at the right time.

Surprised to see no one yet mention Roy Williams. This guy looked like a future HOFer with the Cowboys a few years ago, and he's only 29. He went on IR last year for an arm injury, but who cares about an arm injury, no? Plus, he's not afraid to hit, unlike his predecessor.
