I hate the Wilpons, but everything he said was 100% true. he didn't even say anything negative about David wright. i love how the post and other media outlets say he "trashed" wright. he didn't. but he was correct about his assessment that he's a great player but not a superstar. Pujols (maybe not this season), adrian gonzalez, etc. those guys are superstars
If anything it's the other way around. The Beltran comments were the most idiotic of all, the Reyes ones were pretty questionable too, saying the guy's 'had everything wrong with him' is a bit of an overstatement. And some dope WILL give him a Carl Crawford-type contract. If Wright's offended by being called a good kid and a good player though then something's wrong.
