Braylon Edwards - Had everything - deep threat, blocked well, had great hands for us unlike Hill, good route runner, and not a pussy crybaby like Holmes

Kerry Rhodes - Wow what a talent we let go because we didn't use him right. Rex just let him do nothing but patrol in deep zone while the Cardinals have him all over the field causing havoc. Possible Defensive Player of the Year candidate.

Ladanian Tomlinson - no matter how over the hill he was he actually knew how to play running back and was never given a full time shot.

Jason Taylor - He wasn't even good but as sad it is he put more pressure on the QB then any player we have.

You see, Braylon wasn't given a contract over Holmes because of his off the field problems. We can't have trouble makers on this team you know. Also Holmes proven more at the time he was here than Braylon did. Jets had to go with a #1 receiver, so they had to let Braylon go.

Kerry Rhodes needed to go because Jim Leonhard and Eric Smith were more coachable. You see you can't have problem children. Rhodes was a lockerroom cancer. You see if you fight with your position coach, and the fans don't like you, you get traded for a 4th round pick ya know what I mean?

But you see, if you fight with your teammates, quit in a game that determines if you will be in the playoffs, crap on the QB, be top 5 in drops every year, you can stay.

Funny to see all the T Jones love now when he was constantly blasted as "not explosive" and "can't push the pile".

Rhodes was an asshole, f@@k him.

I miss Curtis....but I really miss when we last had a real wide receiver like Al Toon.

Alan Fanaca & Damian Woody: We OWNED the line of scrimmage when we had those 2 and RAN OVER EVERYBODY.

Kerry Rhodes: He fixes all of our problems with covering TE's!

Thomas Jones & Leon Washington: Best 1,2 punch we had since Curtis Martin and LaMont Jordan.

Jericho Cothcery- I'll never forget how tough of a player he was, not to mention how he led the Jets in receiving between 2006-2009. He gets my respect for always remaining classy despite the Jets always looking to replace him. He finally had enough and asked to be released.

Jon Abraham- One of the best pass rushers in the league and we still haven't replaced him yet.

Chad Pennington- He was poised and never crawled in a shell like a certain Jets QB does when things aren't going well. He was accurate and he seemed to make those timely throws for us.

Curtis Martin- My all time favorite Jet and imo the greatest Jet of all time. He was a tough runner, he always was able to turn those 2 and 9, 3rd and 7 into 1st downs. He was dangerous in the passing game out the back field as well.

Add Freeman McNeil, Al Toon, Wesley Walker, Joe Fields, Marty Lyons, Joe Klecko, Kyle Clifton, James Hasty and we have the makings of a good team.

The Sack Exchange (anyone who could generate a pass rush)

Curtis Martin and Freeman McNeill (Solid RB's who could move the chains)

Namath (the only real QB we ever had)
