Who witnessed the greatest One day international batting performance in history by the Little Master Sachin Tendulkar?

I'd assume this is major news in all the cricket power nations, along with the olympics.

Sachin hit a double century....200 runs not out.

That is like scoring 100 points in a basketball game :eek:hmy:

I missed it, quite impressive for a one day match. Actually, as the prince of evil pointed out, that would have been impressive for a full test match. That's like passing for 800 yards with 50 attempts and 8 touchdowns..

MB are you just saying that? be careful if you are using Fosters as your reference. It might be the most advertised Australian beer but not the best. I personally really liked the XXXX the best while visiting. I'll let the locals defend their beers though.

Back to Sachin, He is the best batsman I have seen in my 30+ years of devotion to cricket.

In other minor cricket news, yesterday was my final day Captaining my team. We just missed the finals but had a great year. Top bunch of guys. They presented me with a minature cricket bat that they had signed as well as a case of beer and a bottle of Shiraz

congrats dude...i wish cricket was as popular here in the states.

whats your opinion on the IPL and the T20 format.

I think ODI's are gonna go out in the next 2 or 3 years. But World Cup cricket is all about ODI's...damn
