I have to assume that the fake eyelashes everywhere isn't just a South Texas trend. I see women all over now wearing these stupid looking gaudy fake ass black press-on eyelashes... why? I have yet to see a woman whose looks are improved by these things.
I've seen them up to, what seems like, 2 inch long, even on 7th grade students. I have just been dumbfounded as to why they think it looks good. Most remind me of the fake eyelashes 5 year old girls used to get for playing dress up.
I assume between making great movies and keeping the beautiful Goldie Hawn satisfied you’ve missed some pop culture stuff. Yeah, the ladies have been putting on fake eyelashes for at least two decades. Count your blessings sir. You’ve never known the pain of hooking up with a woman covered in glitter body paint. Or have you?
Sometimes it looks nice, but overall I'm not really a fan. Same thing with the fake rosey cheeks makeup. I just don't see the allure in looking like a clown.
Yeah, it's kind of odd. I don't get it at all. In Jr HS girls would have eyelash curlers. Being a tomboy, huh, what? Yeah, there was this crimper/surgical implement looking thing with rubber on the end, try not to blink, to bend your eyelashes upward. I can't explain it. It looked like the precursor of the speculum for a pap smear. WTF.
Crazy. Just this past week I was thinking pretty much the same thing when I saw some news woman who looked like she had little awnings over each eye. I don’t get the allure.
I'd add that the fat lips are not so nice either. Apparently there is actual medical involvement in producing these.
They get injections, that shit is everywhere now too. It's also why half of the hot Hollywood starlets from the 80s all look like the Toxic Avenger now.
I'm usually too busy looking at their chests to notice their eyelashes myself but you guys are the fashion experts
