    VERY good news this morning:

    @DarrylSlater
Open part of Jets practice is complete. Don't bet on Walls or Reilly playing Sunday. Decker, Ivory, Mauldin up in air. Expect Revis to play

I'd almost rather Decker and Ivory rest this game. Mauldin is a given.

Powell can fill in for a banged up Ivory.

Kerley might get a chance on Sunday if Decker is out.

Hopefully Ivory and Decker can play, but great news on Revis.

Revis is the guy we absolutely need out there.

Decker and Ivory if they are ready to go, then great. otherwise make sure they heal properly, and get them back next week.

Yeah I prefer both Decker and Ivory resting up. Injuries on our starters are the last thing we want. Powell can do enough damage as our RB... don't know who can replace Decker though.

I'd prefer we rest Decker & Ivory so that they are 100% in a pivotal game within the division next week.

I posted that too. I agree. Also, I feel the Jets can beat the Eagles without them. Powell and Stacy actually aren't too bad themselves. Decker is tough, but we know Kerley is capable and hopefully Devin Smith gets some action.

I'm cool with Ivory and Decker sitting if it will help them for the flight/game in London. Same with Darelle.

I'd have no objections to giving Bilal the ball 20 times. I'd be happy for him to get the #1 opportunity.

And YES ---- we've completely forgotten about Kerley. Brian Custer last week SNY said it was time to put out an Amber Alert for Jeremy Kerley. The only thing I'm disappointed with the CS is Kerley. I get it --- you guys wouldnt have given him the contract $$ he got from Idzik. I get it ---- he doesnt fit your full time WR mold that includes being a great blocker. I get it ---- we create the mismatch by putting Decker in the slot. I get it --- there's only so much the ball can go around. But Jeremy Kerley has yet to see the field. At the end of the day, - he's an asset and I believe you use up all the weapons you have at your disposal to win (granted, we are 2-0).

Despite all attention to the health of our WRs, DBs and RBs, ---- this game will again come down to our front 7 getting the rush on a shitty Philly O-line to disrupt Bradford.
Don't be shocked if he gets hurt and we see Sanchez back there.

Need a big dominating game out of Quinton Coples ---- its time (well,......its actually well past time).

yep our Dline needs to dominate, and has the matchup to do so.
plug the run, and pressure the shit out of Bradford. that's the easiest path to win this game.

if you see #6 back there, the game is already won..
we can start collecting takeaways again at that point.

Isn't it great to have depth? When was the last time the Jets had depth at so many positions? I can't even remember.

Without Kiko, Kendricks and Thornton, I fully trust the offense to sufficiently function with Kerley and Powell stepping in for Decker and Ivory. Defense is another story. We need all hands on deck to stop Chip, regardless of how they've looked through 2 weeks.

If he is not 100% I'd just assume he rest. We need him to be in top form so that we can grind the patriots into dust.
I'm not afraid of the eagles passing game and have to believe our safeties can keep the short passes in check.

Good news on the Revis front. Such a non story.

Ivory looked like he was playing hurt against Indy so I'm not expecting him to play.

If Decker is out there as a decoy it would be better than nothing.

The drop from him to Onunwa is substantial, obviously.

I'm not a Sanchez fan but to think it will be win if Sanchez starts or gets into the game is just dumb. Yes Sanchez does turn the ball over but he can get out of pressure a lot better the Bradford. He is a better fit to Chip's system then Bradford.

I just asked the Pope to bless Revis's groin, he reacted oddly. He must be a Saints fan.
