if this is tied after regulation, it goes to extra time however, all the bets listed above are for regulation only (90 minutes+added time). So if you bet draw and it's 1-1 after 90, it goes to extra time but your bet wins. I am adding a "who will advance", which obviously includes extra time and potential penalty kicks.
