Has the New York Jets selecting Knowshon Moreno, New Jersey kid, at No.10. Notable selections in our area are Rey Maualuga (No.9) Michael Crabtree (11), Malcom Jenkins (12) and James Laurinaitis (13). I also linked his 2008 top 10 overall and top 5 at each position in order to see how accurate these things are. For example, Brian Brohm was his very early No.1 prospect at this time a year ago. Sam Baker was the No.1 tackle over Jake Long. Two of his top 5 wide receivers went undrafted (Bowman and Hall). http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draf...shay_todd&id=3372132&univLogin02=stateChanged http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/insider/columns/story?columnist=mcshay_todd&id=2860503
Corner was said to be a weak position from the beginining, but still nice to see. The mock draft didn't mention any of the juniors, which dominated and injected some depth and star power to this year's class. I wonder if Mangini would get fired if we're picking No.10 next year...
Another reason to add to my dislikes for Mcshay... all or pickups and a good draft and we are still drafting 10th? What a dbag
I think next year we will definitely be drafting an ILB EARLY. Think Maualuga or Laurinaitis. HOPEFULLY it will be a trade up to the top 15.
ok this is the explosive offensive player draft because, at least looking at the current roster most of the other concerns are filled so now (since technically this draft is over) we can get someone explosive to fill Coles shoes
