    How do you get yourself suspended before your second season has started? Doesn't he get warnings and such and what would make him not heed them if he had?

    This just seems insane. He just lost a huge amount of guaranteed money.

    I like how Michael Floyd was the one who everyone criticized for his off the field problems in last year's draft yet Blackmon's problems were covered up under a rug.

    I BELIEVE you get a warning for the 1st offense.

    2nd offense - 4 game suspension

    3rd offense - whole season???

    Sadly, Ricky Williams may be the reason I know this lol

    Apparently in the NFL DWI/DUI now counts as a substance abuse violation (I assume this was instituted w/ the new CBA)

    I read an article the other day that his 4 game is for his third offense. But I believe the DUI would count as #1 and puts him in the substance abuse program. But yes right or wrong he is looking at a full year suspension. Mayock was right about this kid last year when he said stay away.
