not many teams fire there gm and then make him top scout man in organization. leave it to the jets to ALWAYS buck the trend. and we wonder why we never win.
Our scouting sucks and skill position coaching sucks. What WR have we really developed since Bradway's been here? Cotchery and Kerley? Stephen Hill was a bust but at least had size/speed combo and athleticism Just wasn't a good football player. No reason to come out of this loaded WR draft with Jalen Saunders and Shaq Evans. Dwayne Robertson cost us two firsts plus and busted. Vernon Gholston, bust. Dee Milliner, jury is out but not good so far. Mark Sanchez bust. Bryan Thomas over Ed Reed? Nice one! Mike Nugent in 2nd? Yes ma'am may I have another. Who's scouting the offensive lineman for this team? Outside of Brick and Mangold it's been a disaster.

Wait so people want Rex and Idzik gone but since we were a game away from SB in 09 an 10 Bradway gets to stay? I don't get it. He's been an arsehat for many years. It's time for him to go. Who gets fired as GM and gets a cushier job as Head of Scouting? It's been four years since the AFC Championship game, how many players have we added via the draft since then that are solid contributors? Sheldon, Wilkerson, Kerley, D. Davis, Coples, Amaro.
I don't want Rex or Idzik gone. Rex is a damn good coach and Idzik hasn't had enough time to build his team. Pre-Idzik the longest we went w/o making the playoffs w/ Bradway employed was 2 seasons. Now we will be on 4 seasons. I will never understand the Bradway hate. Makes absolutely no sense other than fans needing a scapegoat.
Have you seen our drafts under Bradway? I don't get why he's now the head of scouting. It makes no sense. He basically builds the draft board if I'm not mistaken.
