Seems like a late round guy with upside per the scouting reports. There are 2 games on draftbreakdown.com and I see him get blocked out of run plays too easily so he is definitely not a strongside backer. He could probably come in as a situational pass rusher and ST guy and maybe work his way into a weakside OLB role.

He's someone thats been moving up boards recently and was a mid round prospect to begin with. His speed and length off the edge will get him looked at and he is the type who will do very well at the combine. I think hoping for him to fall out of the second may not be realistic at this point. I've already seen mocks with him moving into the late first. A High motor player with great tools, he's going to get looked at early

He will get a Von Miller bump if he blows out the combine with plus athleticism. Everyone will get enamored with his first step and speed and forget about his game weakness on tape.

This is pretty much it. He has a lot of weaknesses, but he posses the tools to be very good. Some coach is going to look at that and think he can train him to be a great player. Rex was awful for that as showcased by his running Q through the linebacker drills his draft year.

Kamalei is an intreiguing prospect, but will most likely get over drafted compared to his tape.

Don't draft the athlete, draft the football player.

Watching drills at the combine this guy has fluid hips, quickness, and ball skills. I'd rather have a guy that shows it when the clock is running than a guy who shows it in shorts and a t shirt. But based on his combine, this guy has a chance to be over drafted but could be a great situational rusher and ST contributor early in his career. Not before the 3rd round for me. A fourth and I'd be ecstatic

Is 4.69 really blazing? I like the kid. But IMO, - no earlier than our 3rd rounder (#83). There are so many more BPA at #51.

I don't think he is anything special. Definitely shouldn't even be considered in the 1st lol. He's a 3rd round talent at best. He will definitely be over drafted.

In this draft class with all the slow clods at every position, yes. Overall, no. For comparison, John Abraham's 40 times ranged from a 4.45 to a 4.66.
