    Jets now have announced they reached agreement with S Ed Reed. He will practice with team today.

    Pretty good signing I think - Rex knows him really well! Let's wait and see

    For a team that was "rebuilding", this has been one damn EXCITING year!! Ed Reed in a Jets uniform? I never thought that day would come.

    He was cut for a reason. I'd rather see the continued development of young players. I hope this is just for the remainder of the season and is not a multi - year deal. He's old, injured , and slowing down rapidly.

    Hopefully he has a little something left in the tank. If used as a situational player, he may pay dividends. We need his ballhawking skills.

    Low risk move that could pay off. I like it.

    He was always a free roaming safety. He knows Rex's defense and is already planned to practice today. Hell yeah he will suit up
