The Fins didn't deserve to go to the playoffs this year and yeah, it was great that Rex's crew did the deed today. That being said, I don't see a lifetime contract in his future and honestly, I have to wonder what Idzik's role is on this team as he's not a traditional GM but instead, a proxy.
