Who could play the nose tackle in the 3-4 that would be eligible in next year's draft?

theres not really many "prototype" NT's in next yrs draft. most DT's coming out this yr are around 6-3 300.

Frank Okam of Texas is 6 ft 5, 315. and seems to be a big athlete, but he's a Junior.

like i said, there might be some guys who have the talent to do it coming out, but nobody really screams NT this yr. not to me yet anyways.

    Biggest I saw was 317.

But, like he said...none are the typical NTs.

Alan Branch is 6'2", 325-330 lbs. They say he might be better suited to play 3-4 end or 4-3 tackle though.

Okam will be a first round pick or early second. We will most definatley go RB with our first pick so he may be there in the second , of which we have 2 picks:up: Big and fast though. I still think that Tui could do th job at NT.

  8. We're not seeing alot of proto-type NT's coming out in the draft in recent years as the emphasis for D-linemen is to be more quick and athletic than so big and strong.

We need to hope Pouha can continue to develop despite his injury and that Tui can develop. Cause I doubt we are gnna find much help in next year's draft.
