How many do we have exactly? And for once I'd really like to not end up with only 3-4 guys out of the draft. We need to build through the draft, not neglect it!

Jets have all 7 picks. Rounds 1-7.

    Rd 1....#9
    Rd 2...#39
    Rd 3...#72

Picks Rd 4-7 will be determined after Comp picks are distributed the end of March.

No. That trade only dealt with 2012 picks.

In 2013, we have 7 picks as of now.

Tebow is going to be cut, every team knows he's going to be cut and isn't going to pay a 4th rd pick. At best, if we traded him, we would get a 7th rd pick from Jax.

I always get confused why the draft order changes around from round to round.

Like youd think we would be 9, then 41, 73 etc

Teams with the same record rotate round to round, I guess the NFL is trying to make it fair.

    Plus you have forfeited picks.

The Browns lost their second round this year because they selected Josh Gordon in the supp draft, which moves the Jets up one slot. I think NO loses a second also this year for BountyGate but I'm not 100% sure.

Oh I don't know if the Jets will cut him, it all depends on how the new GM operates. Tanny would have cut him because he was a "nice guy" and granted releases. New GM might be a "hey your under contract, we don't HAVE to let you go for nothing" type of guy, even if deep down he plans to release him before the season starts...some guys play hardball, some play softball and Tebow has one thing that at least one NFL teams, star power...earned or not.

    But no way Tebow lands a 4th, maybe a 5th, but probably a 6th

I would say a conditional 7th at best.

I would say that, but then I remembered how bad the Jags organization is. They are almost as dysfunctional as the Jets, so we may be able to get a 5th or 6th out of them IMO.
