Does anyone know the official NFL Draft Order Rules? I know the teams are sorted based on win percentage and the first tie breaker is who has the lower opponent win percentage. The next two tie breakers are based on divisional and conference records but how does that work? and which one is first? Does it only break ties for teams in the same division or conference? For instance, if the Jets and the Seahawks have the same record and their opponents have the same records, does the team with the worse record within their respective divisions get the higher pick or does that only work if the Jets and the Bills have to break a tie? Anyone know?
