I think I heard somewhere that he strongly believes in FIRST building up the O-line in the draft. Not sure where I saw this but I just seem to remember that. Anybody have a source on this (sorry I couldn't find it). Regardless, it will be interesting because this is such a unique situation. Douglas is sitting here watching this garbage on the O-Line with the comfort of knowing this is not really his mess (I know I know he signed Kalil, but that was him trying to put a bandaid on the nonsense that Maccagnan gave him). So he gets a full season to digest what we have and what we don't have and then attack the draft / offseason. I know that we always say they need O-line, and they just constantly ignore it in the draft, ever since the Brick/Mangold days.....I truly think and hope this stops now.
