Like it or not, Olsen is ranked in the top 17 talent wise of everybody in this draft. If he drops as far as 25 you probably have to assume we take him if Tannenbaum does as he says and takes the best talent regardless of position. Of course all GMs lie through their teeth and he is certainly no exception. It also tells you how weak this draft is and why we have no place picking at 25 to begin with. Move up or out of the round altogether.
I'd love if the Jets pick Bowe when he's available. I think he has all the tools to become our #1 Receiver when Coles retires.
I wouldnt be opposed to that. We're in the position where we can pretty much go in any direction in RD1 and we wont need to freak out in subsequent rounds that a position wasnt addressed.
