Upset with Bush's comments, Dolphins' Bell says RB 'stinks'

    By Dan Hanzus

Dolphins safety Yeremiah Bell joined a club that includes the Heisman Trophy Trust and perhaps Kim Kardashian on Wednesday when he said Dolphins running back Reggie Bush "stinks."

Bell's unhappy that Bush used the same adjective to describe the Dolphins following the team's embarrassing 18-15 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

"He stinks," Bell said emphatically, according to Examiner.com.

"That shouldn't be said around this locker room," he went on. "We know that we're 0-6 and we're not playing the best but at the same time there's no need for that."

Bush signed with the Dolphins in the offseason after five years with the New Orleans Saints. The former USC standout was brought in to add another dimension to Miami's offense, but has struggled with just 329 total yards and one touchdown.

Though not as stinging as Bell's commentary, defensive end Tony McDaniel was also bothered by Bush's choice of words.

"I just think he said it because he was mad like everybody else was," McDaniel said. "But I would've never said anything like that."

The Dolphins are officially a soap opera. A really sad, completely hopeless, soap opera. We liken Bell's comments to Bush getting shoved into the ol' empty elevator shaft.

    New York Post

I found the bold part interesting. Not surprising but it's not something you hear a lot.

The jets control the Dolphins fate in this suck for luck thing. I hope our playoff spot is locked up by week 17 so then the Dolphins can play our backups. Who will probably be instructed to play as shitty as possible, or just not even play at all.

the only thing that would make this better is if the fins go 0-16, get the first pick, and luck pulls an eli

no, what would be better is they go 0-16, have a team offer them the world for the number 1 pick, they turn it down, and he turns out to be a bust.

the team that tries to trade up gets a franchise QB in their own spot and dominates for the next 12 years.

No, but you don't often see coaches still on the sideline after they essentially were 'fired' in the offseason either.

The thing that does not get talked about enough is that Luck has another year of illegibility, he could pull a Payton and stay in college for another year.

Boiled dolphin tastes yuckie. I prefer grilled.

    GRILLED DOLPHIN *
1 1/4 lb. thickly sliced dolphin
    8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. rice vinegar
    Salt if desired
1/2 tsp. pepper, black lg. ground
Dinner for 4. Cut off any dark meat on dolphin. Marinate 4 even slices of dolphin in large bowl. All ingredients mixed for at least 6 hours. Grill 5-7 minutes on each side depending on thickness. Approximately 10 minutes total for 1 inch fillets. Baste with marinade mix while grilling.
