ESPN Sources: Miami Dolphins and general manager Chris Grier met this morning and mutually agreed to part ways. Grier has been with the Dolphins since 2000, and has served as their general manager since 2016. pic.twitter.com/hCzE8NNzb8 — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) October 31, 2025 I wonder if McDaniel is next.
Apparently not until the end of the season, but he has to be gone then. Jets need to keep the Dolphins in front of them in the standings, so I'm in favor of whatever that is.
Grier made a bunch of solid decisions. Signing Tua to a massive deal was bad but probably could’ve been overcome to keep his job if they didn’t have three dreadful years of drafting. Bad drafting always sends franchises into a tail spin. Woody should pump tens of millions into his scouting department and realize this already.
