Does anyone know why my madden 08 on the PS3 keeps locking up (freezing?? stalling out?? crapping out??) while in franchise mode during the weekly games?? I will be going along just fine, and all of a sudden, I can neither play nor simulate my teams game and my season is over right there!! This is starting to frustrate me, because the first time it happened, I was into season 13 so I let it slide. The next two times, it happened in season 4, when I just finally got my roster right and was ready to rock and roll!!..... What gives??
Glitchy EA game......use to happen to me when I played my franchise (360). It was a pain in the ass...read online forums saying it had something to do with the rosters/updates. Ended up redoing everything again, losing all my stats and what not. I refuse to purchase another EA game, ever since the first Xbox they've made glitchy games. Mostly likely the same thing is happening with PS3....I would do a search on the problem.
bad data. Yea madden 08 sucks. Same thing happened to me. If u start a new one it might or might not happen again. That's all i can tell you. Madden is lame...
..... thanks guys ( not you RT) I had the old XBOX for over 6 yrs and never had any such problem with Madden. Very dissappointed with this Madden for this reason. I don't even want to try again.
