I'm asking because I'm having an issue using Firefox and their support has not been much help. Here's what I sent them: They told me to update to the newest version of firefox, which I'm already using. After I told them this, they replied with "We were able to access your account without any problems." It sounds to me like they haven't even attempted to replicate the issue. If anyone else uses fanball and has firefox I'd like to hear how you're making out.
