this racial diversity thing has gotten out of hand? I am glad that major progress has been made with this for over a long time but all i see is the white athlete gettin pushed out of the sport. i am not a racist, but i believe that the white athlete is starting to become a scarcity in the NFL. almost everytime you look at a defense, 90% of the players are black. I have nothin against black athletes but I also have to make a case that the white athlete is diminishing rapidly. Doesn't anyone see anything wrong with whats happening?
Maybe because most of the White players suck or just choose to become lawyers instead. Who the hell knows!? The best man gets the Job. PERIOD! This goes for Hiring head coaches also. It's not like theres a grand conspiracy on color of athletes. So you have to interview a Black Head coach now. Is this not the NFL equivalent to Affirmative Action?? Black and white has no place in sports. It's about the Bottom Line. WINNING.
