I for one am losing no sleep or experience any sorrow at not being able to draft McFadden. In fact, in the couple games I have seen Felix Jones has been just as impressive, and he is averaging 9 yards a carry. I am not 100% convinced that McFadden will be the best NFL back even from his own team.

I had that outlook about LenDale White and Reggie Bush, but only because I didn't think Bush's pure speed game would translate as well. I think this is a bit of a different case. McFadden looks like he has the tools to be a pro runner, he's got a great mix of toughness, moves, and speed.

That may be true, but from what I have seen so does Jones. In fact, you kind of have to look at the number to see who just ran because they are very similar.

I also like Felix, I don't know if he's better than McFadden but we may get the oppurtunity to see Felix carry the load should DMC be suspended for the Cotton Bowl.

This is kind of off-topic, but when I look at McFadden and I see he was a quarterback, can play in the backfield or split out, and is, by all accounts, humble and a team player, and I just think it screams MANGINI PLAYER!
