Part of the reason I put it up here, I was with them for 2 years but when my contract was up they refused to negotiate so I had to close the account in my wife's name and open it in my name so that I could get a decent rate. Ended up getting new customer rate plus a $150 Best Buy gift card and they had to send a tech out to set up the new box and they had to pay for shipping for the old boxes to go back.
