Kolb took a pretty solid shot that drove his head into the ground while his arms were being held at his side. Bradley was obviously out on his feet.

How on earth did they both come back in the game? Bradley was just a few plays later on the same series! How does this happen when you a medical staff on the sideline?

Does anyone here think this is an issue the players' union or league will get involved with? Concussions have been a big issue with player safety lately and I have to believe that this obvious an offense will get noticed.

Having said all that, I hate the Eagles and this probably clouds my judgment.

I was thinking the exact same thing when Bradley came back onto the field. Kolb seemed alert and in control as he came off the field and on the sideline, so I can understand if the Eagles initially thought that he was just shaken up and was OK to come back into the game.

But Bradley took a direct shot to the head and was only able to take about two steps before falling flat on his face, there was no question that he suffered a pretty serious head injury. Letting him return to the game seems downright irresponsible, and I wouldn't be surprised if the player's union looks into it.

Shocking after all the concussion talk. I thought both looked like they had concussions right away (Bradley was a really sick instance though. It was so obvious)

I was only watching the game on and off and didn't realize that Bradley went back in. That is incredibly irresponsible on Reid's part, even if the medical staff claimed that he didn't have a concussion (I can only assume that that is what happened, since otherwise it would go from irresponsible to criminal).

The NFLPA is a joke, so I doubt that they will do anything at all about it.

Doesn't shock me, Reid's kids are heroin addicts that serve jail time, but he won't take time out out his life to deal with it, why would he care any more about his players? Andy Reid gives a shit about one person, Andy Reid.

Its real easy to tell when someone has a concussion, glassy eyes, that glazed over look, slow to answer questions. Reid had to know and just didn't give a fuck.

The commentators seemed shocked/angry when Bradley went back into the game, it was obvious he had a concussion the way he stumbled like Kerry Rhodes with a football in his hands.

who knows. maybe they begged to go back in the game and he didn't think it was that serious. Although the bradley collapse was pretty alarming

but after years of coaching brian westbrook, you'd think he'd know better

on a side note...poor leonard weaver. that was horrible to watch

Maybe Andy Reid had a concussion when he made that decision.

Only a retard couldn't tell Bradley had a head injury. I can maybe see Kolb going back in, not sure what the training staff told Reid about him. But staggering off the field? Ummm yeah........

Kolb you could think there might have been a concussion issue, but I don't see how you can NOT know that Bradley was knocked stupid on the field. That was just painful to watch.

I'm expecting Reid and the Eagles to receive a nice fine for that move.

Exactly. My initial reaction in these cases is to think, "if that was your son would you send him back on the field?"

But with Andy Reid, the answer is probably yes.

Here is what Reid said after the game: "They were fine," coach Andy Reid said after the game. "All the questions that they answered and the things they did with the docs registered well. As it went on, they weren't feeling well so we took them out."

    http://www.philly.com/inquirer/brea...cussions__Two_heads-up_calls_Reid_missed.html

To put them back in for a few plays before the half was totally ridiculous, and Reid and the team should be fined heavily. Since both players now have to be evaluated by a neutral doctor over a five-day period, it seems that there is little chance that either will play next week.

Bradley stumbled for about two steps, looked like he had no idea where he was, then promptly collapsed onto the turf. Apparently Andy Reid has a very liberal definition of the word "fine."

Hell, Reid's definition of "fine" probably knocked a decade off of Brian Westbrook's lifespan.

I was rooting for the Eagles yesterday. It was nice to see Vick do good again. And to show all the Kolb lovers I thing or two.

Kolb should really start killing dogs and whatnot, that will really boost his star factor.
