Dewayne Trade??

    Theres a rumor going around Buffalo that the Bills and Jets are working out a trade that would send dewayne to the bills for a 3rd round pick. Anyone know if theres any truth to it?

    I'd really doubt the Jets would settle for a third for DeWayne.

    Hell no were not tradin Dewayne. especially for only a 3rd round pick. Hes still young and could develop. He had a good season in 04 and could have more good seasons. Hes only been here for 3 years and you guys already wanna trade him.

    Unless you have a link or a somewhat reliable source other than "around Buffalo", this thread is completely pointless. Hell, I can ask my next door neighbor for a rumor, and he could tell me the Jets are trading Bollinger to the Bills for Lee Evans, but it doesn't mean it has any validity to it.

    Wow interesting...whered you hear it?

    I dont completely doubt it...it may be the reason we got so far under the cap, to make room for this. Interesting, especially with all the recent speculation that DRob could be traded

    If this trade were to happen, I would be so surprised that I think I might spontaneously combust. Losing Abraham is bad enough to the defensive line, giving away Robertson as well, for only a third round pick no less would be disasterous.

    I'm all for it...He's a waste of space and money, especially in a 3-4. Then we could use the dough to sign a top tier DT.
