I hate reading threads where I have to open them to find out what is going on. A lot of people like to scan the threads, see what the news is, and open them if it is interesting. It's much better to make threads with descriptive thread titles, so people actually know what the thread is about. It will also cut down on duplicate threads, so we can consolidate talk about certain issues to threads more easily. As much as we try to cut down on duplicate threads, far too often threads will hide the meaning of them with vague titles. If instead of saying something like, "What if this would happen?" or "Good news" or something along those lines, at least hint at what the news is or what you're talking about. It's pretty annoying, and if you all help out with that, the board could go more smoothly.

Plus, I hate clicking on the same thread 4 times because I forget what the thread is about, and I can't remember based on the title. This isn't a widespread problem, which is good, but there are a couple threads that aren't very descriptive, and I keep clicking on them, forgetting what the thread is about.
