Yes.. The horrible, awful bum aka: Derek Carr is playing tonite on TNF. Looking pretty good too. Better than any Jet QB so far. Thank goodness we passed on him.

I got no regrets boss. We landed Aaron Rodgers. I still want to compete for a Superbowl with Rodgers than aim to make the playoffs with Carr.

Saints were dumb to go for that 4th down conversion... cost them 7.

I'm amazed at how shitty the Amazon Prime video app is compared to YouTubeTV.

DC Statline (yup, doesn't tell the whole story):

    27/40 (67.5%) 319 yards 3 TDs 1 Int

That's the equivalent of about four games for the Jets.

Well, having Rodgers not playing is better than having Carr on the field. Or so it's been said.

A ton of his passing yards came in the equivalent of garbage time. He had like almost half of them on the last three drives with under 5:00 left in the second half down 27-7.

He threw a back breaking interception on their first possession of the second half when they could’ve made it a one score game. He also threw a 4th and 7 pass 4 yards in front of the sticks to a slow tightend in man coverage and air mailed a 4th and 5 pass in the first half.

I don’t think this is the game to beat the Carr drum.

Tough to agree it was garbage time when they got two touchdowns in the fourth quarter and came up one short of tying the game. Sure, the INT hurt, they always do - I think he's averaging around one every two games. And, as I stated it's taken the Jets about four games to score every three TDs.

He's certainly not perfect, but he's far better than anyone the Jets put on the field this year and there are people here who keep telling us how awful he is.

Yeah they battled back but that was a Blake Bortles style 300 yard passing game.

I wanted Carr too but he hasn’t been very good this year at all.

Compared to what? That's the important question here. I don't think anyone expected him to be a superstar. He's actually been in the upper realm of mediocrity in the league this season, which most here have claimed would have gotten the Jets to the playoffs in that "if only" world.

I noticed this last year, but for some reason loading up the Amazon Prime app on the PS4 or Xbox is significantly better than loading the app from the TV.
